Cosmic Love & Kisses From SIRIUS & DARKTUNES
Sirius
Probably is Ray Parker Jr and Radyo's, I saw it in the forum "ask other..." from here. Please, take a look at the topic "party now ??" by discohunter in the forum "ask other..." in the first page.
It's very good to see Voggue in your list, I just wrote "Love Buzz" in the top 25 but this song has no possibility to win.
Hurricane Fifi (1978) maybe has the most audacious cover of the 70's (a woman tottaly naked), more than some album of Lovequake and Cerrone's Paradise.
Sirius: Just interested. Is there any way of knowing how many listeners you get for your show? Is this a mainly Austrian phenomenen?
Dear Marcio!
I hope that this track I don´t know the artist is from RAY PARKER JR. or RAYDIO.
HURRICANE FIFI is a very interesting thing
(I think from France), because the fullnaked
model on the cover is the great BRIGITTE
LAHAIE a well-known Porno-and SexStar from
the 70ies...Nowadays she´s a real cultstar
esp. for Horrorfreaks in Europe and she made
lots of movies with JEAN ROLLIN or JESS
FRANCO.
About VOGGUE: I am also into these ladies
and like cert. "Love Buzz" and esp."Dance
The Night Away" with this strange shuffle-
beat.
Dear QUINNY!
About HOT DISCO NIGHTS: I don´t know, how
many people are listening to the midnight-
show, because RADIO ORANGE is a very small
and independent sometimes very multicultural
-political radio-station...but as I know,
we have enough people listening from germany
and with internet you can also reach the
program (I hope so, but SPACER listended
sometimes to my program, and he enjoyed it).
Cosmic Love & Kisses From SIRIUS & DARKTUNES
Sirius, this is a really interesting & varied playlist. Some of them I love like Jermaine Jackson's 'Burnin' Hot' , Martin Circus 'Ive got a Treat' & Love Deluxe's 'Here Comes That Sound', some I'm not keen on like Hot Chocolate & some I'm not familiar with like Chromium & Cloud 7.
Tell me, is that the Marcia Hines who sang in Boney M? I'll certainly try to listen to this show!
...ya gotta beat the street......
Sirius,
Thanks for your precious information about Brigitte L., I'm just tryng to get some Jess Franco movie (a friend of mine's recommendation is 'Vampyros Lesbos' and 'Female Vampire')to know something about the 60's and 70's psychodelic music/porn films.
Beyong Voggue (I recently found a 1983 album by Voggue, the first song is 'I love to dance' by the same girls, Chantal&Angela), your list has importants disco's names like Ronnie Griffith ('Desire')and Gino Soccio. There's a 1996 France Joli's song, it's is 'Touch'.
Dear Steely Dan!
MARCIA HINES is orig. (I think) from Austra-
lia, and has nothing to do with BONEY M.
BONEY M. was FRANK FARIAN, LIZ MITCHELL,
MARCIA BARRETT, MAZIE WILLIAMS and BOBBY
FARREL. Liz and Marcia were really singing.
Dear Marcio!
Try JESS FRANCO´s "Faceless" and JEAN ROLLIN
with "Fascination"...in both there´s Brigitte
In "Vampiros Lesbos" you can see SOLEDAD
MIRANDA. In the other movie you mentioned,
LINA ROMAY is the star. These women are all
soft-sex-stars from the 70ies with cult-
status nowadays...also look for AJITA WILSON,
DYANNE THORNE and cert. LAURA GEMSER.
Dear Marcio!
I was always into GINO SOCCIO and others...
If you watch my charts, there is all the
time such artists. RONI GRIFFITH was very
massive in the HI-NRG-Era in the early 80ies
with "Desire". I think, that also everyone
knows BOBBY ORLANDO with his stuff.
Cosmic Love & Kisses From SIRIUS & DARKTUNES
Sirius,
Thanks a lot, I'll try to penetrate in this vampire world. I never thought that one of the stars of this cult movies was on the Hurricane Fifi's cover. I'm grateful.
By the way, Do you know something about Yutte Stensgaard and the XXXXX Euro-porn movie star Veronika Mozer?
"I've Got a Treat" by Martin Circus looks like "Disco Circus" (14:25), without words just only la-la-la ?
Dear Marcio!
Sorry, but I don´t know the other XXX-rated
stars, that you mentioned. Be very careful
with the version of "Female Vampire", because
there are lots of cut-versions available.
The original contains some pornografic
scenes with Lina Romay.
About Martin Circus: "I´ve Got A Treat" is
different from his "Disco Circus"...it has
more vocals and a song-character...sounds
more like Patrick Hernandez with a hard-
pumping beat.
Cosmic Love & Kisses From SIRIUS & DARKTUNES
Yutte Stensgaard is from Denmark and now lives in the USA as a housewife. Her 15 minutes were spent after Hammer's LUST FOR A VAMPIRE was off the circuit, and she gradually faded into obscurity during the mid 70's. She never did X-rated films, unlike Ms Mozer who's apparently based in Hungary and Italy - the porn industries of Italy and the former communist countries co-exist in the same world of mob activity.
BUT - What's That Frank Pourcel track like then? I've got some of his albums from the mid 70's - CONCORDE has been a favourite for ages.
Dear JussiK!
Now I remember Yutte Stensgard too. There´s
a lesbian Vampire-Trilogy from HammerHorror:
1)THE VAMPIRE LOVERS
2)LUST FOR A VAMPIRE
3)TWINS OF EVIL
It´s about the Mircala/Karmilla Karnstein-
Myth from Styria...
About FRANK POURCEL: This Double-Album is
not so Disco, but some danceable EasyListe-
ningDiscoTrax are on it...very sweet and
kitschy FrenchStyle. But for sure better
than James Last...
