Help needed: Steve Marsahl & Touch - Maintain - Bootleg?

Hi, I desperately need your help on this release:

Steve Marshall & Touch - Maintain

I just received a sealed copy that I won on ebay. Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed very the sound quality which matches a goldmine "Good" condition with cracks & pops. But if you look at it, it's glossy & flawless. The other side "Do What You Will" seems ok, no cracks no pops.

So I wonder if I've not been cheated with a damn bootleg. In order to check this eventuality, I have some questions for those who have this 12':

- how does your copy sound, especially the track "Maintain".
- On my label I have the inner circle around the hole, like on the pic, but I also have another light inner circle
- in the run off groove, I have R-413 engraved and the pressing plant seems to be ALSHIRE or AIRSHIRE.
