Self Control by Raff

Does anyone have any information on Raff? Apparently he's an Italo Disco artist and he was the one who originally sang "Self Control" in 1984. This song was also sung by Laura Branigan, another cover by her.

Anyway I really recommend you check this version too. It's very good. I can only say it has something on it that makes it so cool.

Raf (not Raff) is a very popular italian singer and in the last years has grown in success. The first hit from this guy was "Self control" but it was just a first hit in english. After that he started to sing mostly in italian in a less disco style, more close to the standard latin-italo song, mostly slow song. I like it a lot but I wonder if he's known outside Europe. Anyway "Self control" is worth having it.
