Folks, I'm getting a queasy feeling reading all this stuff again this morning. I know I've participated as a "flamer" myself, BUT IF Caroline really does exist and really does have AIDS and/or cancer, you gotta feel some sympathy and have a little compassion, don't you? If she is indeed a hoax, you gotta feel sorta sad for a person who would go to such lengths to get noticed. NO?

I realize that MY posting this is akin to the proverbial pot calling the kettle "beige", BUT I'm feeling sad reading this stuff this morning. It was amusing for a few days...BUT shouldn't we just let it go??? I know, you're probably saying since when did I even consider taking the "high road". It is strange, I admit--AND I debated whether I should even post this or not--BUT, this doesn't seem amusing to me anymore.

Now, Franco is another matter. Bigots are fair game for fighting--but taunting people with illnesses- REAL or IMAGINARY--PHYSICAL or MENTAL,seems in especially bad taste. Call me a hypocrite, BUT I felt the need to say it.

Ok, I'll step off my soap box now.
