Leanmean,
I'm pretty sure, the second tune is "Just An Illusion" by Imagination. (1981/82)
Peace

For some reason, the chorus of this song (which follows) is stuck in my head. I wish I knew who it was by, what it's called and when it came out. It seems like a 45 I once had. Anyway, the chorus goes
"I thought you, I thought you wanted to DANCE!" Any ideas? I recall really liking the song!
The other one I heard on one of our local radio stations' "Old Skool" half-hour.
There's a female lead who sings alto.
The female chorus sings "Boop, boop, boop ah-ah."
And then they sing, "Could it be that"
Male voice: "It's just an illusion"
Female chorus: "Could it be that"
Male voice: "In all this confusion"
I hope someone can tell me who this is by, what it's called and when it came out.
