I got it on a Rams Horn 12" edition and the lead singer sounds like Colonel Abrams - is it him really or does anyone have a clue who it is?

Visual is a late Prelude release. Unanimously it is considered one of the tracks that built house. Visual is produced by Boyd Jarvis & Timmy Regisford and these two have had some later connection with Colonel Abrams (production & mixes). Considering that Visual is from 1983 and the firs release by Col Abrams is from 1984, maybe you're right......
