Nano, I saw that article and I thought about you!!!! BUT, I didn't get around to posting about it. There were a few others beside Jacko that were of interest to us here.
So, you only saw the Top 10 or the entire list?????
In their last edition (at least in the web), Rolling Stone magazine runs an article called "Rock's 50 greatest meltdowns", a bit like that Spin's article about rock scandals. I just browsed the first 10 but it seems funny, if not surprising. The big surprise for me was item no. 1: "Michael Jackson vs. The Devil", where they diss out Jacko's misfortunes, child molestation included. Rather unusual for a big US magazine like this one, but he deserved it anyway!
I guess they don't have an interview with MJ since... 20 years? And the guy isn't selling millions either...

"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
I got to go through the whole list. In the web it asks for some patience, though. But I know I can do it...
OK, I did it!There were some surprises like the Rod Stewart rumor: didn't know that one. It's funny: I remember an article very much like this one in Spin a couple of years ago. I'd say just about half of the items (there were 50 too) were the same. So there's a can full of stories out there...
If anyone remembers some story involving a disco diva/producer, some coke, cops, guns, strange fetishes... You can drop it here and amuse usThere weren't many disco artists in those articles, but they're fun to read.
I was kinda amused at how Grace Jones described a coked-up visit to Studio 54 on VH1's "Behind the Music: Studio 54". Sometimes I wonder if that's why she forgot that she'd invited Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards to the club as her guests and then didn't help them to get in.
