I have the "Belle" album and the "I feel good" 7" but I can't remember if I have anything else on HI. from that time?.

I'm listening to the 12" of
Al Green
I FEEL GOOD
( sounded so much better in the clubs w/ full throttle bass)
but what a curious label this record has .... I've never paid attention to it before ....this label for " HI " records . Check it out if you have it ...or click attached thumbnail ....
Did all of their songs' labels at this time feature this ..... or was it designed for this "HI" song of preacher Al's in particular ... this one that goes on and on about feeling "good" ??? ;););)

Baby, take me
high upon a hillside
high up where the stallion
meets the sun

It looks like a hand is tweeking a 'naughty bit'
...and the naughty bit would be the spindle of the turntable: long, hard and black (or maybe silver) - ooer missus!
The Syl Johnson 12" of Otis Redding medley / Mystery lady also has the same label, as you can see from the image I posted in the vinyl vault.

Just a thought Hi Records was a very blues based label. maybe the positioning of the fingers represent playingthe trumpet.
