Those exceptional tracks include:
Changin'
Walkin' the line
We can work it out
Get up to get down
Right place
Those are actually my 5 funky fav's and then Movin' and Ha cha cha (Function) which Videoskooter mentioned would probably be next.

Add 'What It Is' by Garnett Mimms. He was backed by Brass Construction, and Part 2 is a pure instrumental that could have been a cool flipside to 'Ha Cha Cha' on !2".
My favorite cut by them of course is Movin'. Kenny Dope did a partial remix of that track on the Randy Muller CD he put out. Too bad Dope didn't put out a full 12" remix of Movin' complete with a stripped down mix on the B side like he did with BT Express' 'Express'. Changin is my second fave, then Ha Cha Cha. But Movin is the baddest, with the best guitars, a pumpin bass line, and a very interesting drum track, with fills and cymbal crashes in the most unpredictable places. For a drummer like myself, the drum playing on that song is tricky because its so random.
