    Hey,
Your favorite song doesn't happen to be Night Rider by Midnight Star, is it? If so, good choice. Do you remember Get Dacin' by The Bombers? The same group that took NYC (78-87) "battle crews" by storm with the hit "The Mexican". Great song and huge hit in the clubs!

Night Rider by Midnight Star? Nah, not that one, (I pulled it out & listened to it, pretty good song) but the "Night Rider" I can't live without is by Venus Dodson protege of super producer Patrick Adams, I'm a huge P.A. fan and will pretty much pick up anything he made during the 70's.:-D He has a signature sound that I just never get enough of, same for people like Nile Rodgers & Bernard Edwards, or Thom Bell, Gamble & Huff, the list goes on.....lol
Get Dancing by the Bombers reminds me of a Patrick Adams type cut, which is probably why I dig that song so much8)
I like The Mexican also, I even dig Jellybean's version of it too

Oh, I didn't know that you were a Jellybean fan. So do you like Latin Freestyle? Freestyle artists like Noel, Judy Torres, TKA and SaFire?

    Q,
The CD has just arrived! I love the variety. You really took me by surprise when you added "This Beat Is Mine" by Vickie D:D
Hey! I found Here's To You (thanks to KoolChris) in Ireland with the SalSoul label. I looked at GEMM's site and 12InchDisco is selling his for $460.00. Are you kidding me? Have a nice weekend and keep on spinning8)

    8) Glad you liked it, I tried to vary it as much as I could without doing any drastic tempo changes:lol: (if I did, you'll liable to end up listening to some Delfonics or Beatles ) And Vicki D, that song was big in this area, I remember skating to that many a time at Twin City Roller rink8)

    Yes!!!
Q, thanks a bunch! I love the CD. When Freda Payne's hit "In Motion" came on, memories of my block in Brooklyn overwhelmed me. Honestly, I thought the list was going to be a challenge for you. I was wrong :icon_biggrin: Again, thank you for the mix. Have a great day!
