Artist and title needed

I've had good luck with you guys identifying songs, so I'm going to run another one by you. Really want to find artist and title of this, as I love it and want to get the 12".

Has female vocal, done in a quiet, whispered kind of style. Uptempo disco/HI-NRG track. Runs over 11 minutes. Would say about early 80's, but possibly late 70's. Percussion throughout - with some loud guitar riffs here and there.

Have managed to get some lyrics, here goes:

"Pack my case gonna leave behind a souvenir, come with me where your spirit and your mind are free" also..

"We're gonna fly to Katmandu"

any help appreciated.
