It reminds me of the Chi Chi Favelas & Black & White Band album cover - a bald woman with sunglasses & a plastic bag over her head, and the back cover of Chi Chi tied up & apparently hung with microphone cord in what looks like a bathhouse. I wonder what type of audience they were looking for?
