Does it have something to do with Syreeta (Wright), Stevie Wonder's ex-wife? There's kids talking among each other at the end of a side of one of her albums (I think it's the one with a white background and a horse, with "cause we've ended now as lovers"), and I believe there was more kid babbling at the end of the 12" of the track. Unfortunately, I don't have it, so I can't check.
