This was one of the videos included on the French DVD release of Village People promo films. The clip you linked to is the short version. There's a slightly longer promo film. Both were put on the DVD. This is my favourite of their videos, as is Just A Gigalo/I Ain't Got Nobody, and San Francisco, which features a different cast of Village people before the ones we knew and loved from the Macho Man album onward!
