It's "Call me" by Bill Wolfer from the album "Wolf", but the same track can also be found on the Finis Henderson LP "Finis". Wolfer and Henderson shared the writing credits for the song... but in all fairness the Finis Henderson LP came out in 1981, whereas Bill Wolfer released his in 1982...

Both albums have been re-issued on CD. Bill Wolfer via Sanctuary Records UK, and Finis Henderson via Polydor Japan.
