I've noticed on some Diana Ross 12" the songs are extended ("The Boss"), but on others they simply slap the album version on to a 12" single. For example "Upside Down" and "Mirror Mirror".

I wonder how many people picked up the 12" of the latter 2 songs only to find out they already had the same version on her album.
