Hi all

Im looking for a song that was played in the early 90s
The main lyrics were sung by a male vocalist and the chorus was sung by
a child in german.
The opening lyrics were"eins,dwei,drei,vier"
And somewere in the song he sings"whats the time and whats the place"
The little girl aslo sings somewere in the song"when you go to bed im still inside your head"
