My experiences with getdisconnected in the past weren't too bad at all. Yes, like others, I experienced delays getting the CDs (due to the bad weather and power outtages situation). However, they were good about keeping me posted on status whenever they could.
Like Kensix, I'm happy to report that with this new batch of releases, I'm also experiencing better customer service! They've been doing their best to prove they can deliver. :-D
BTW Kensix, thanks for the mini review of the Dante's Inferno CD. I think I'll have to purchase it now!
