It was sort of done in a Reggae/Dub style.

Ace tune. It's by Black Harmony. You need to get "Hustle (Reggae Disco)" compilation on SoulJazz records from a couple of years back. It's got that very track on it, plus lots of other similarly great things.

I do remember looking at that Compilation at the time, but wasn't sure if that was track I'd been looking for.
