Suddenly, suddenly for no apparent reason I'm singing HOLDIN' ON by TONY RALLO in my brain and I can't get rid of it. Anyone else remember this track? It's not in the site's Vaults.

I remember it very well! In fact, it's one of those records that is never far away from my turntable! Love it to bits!!

It was massively popular with the Jazz Pilgrims (the Soul tribe I was in) back in the day....One of those massive underground UK club hits...

Judging by the e-mails Greg Edwards gets in his weekly soul/funk/jazz show on Jazz FM, that record is still pretty much in demand. people are always asking for it....

Has it ever been released on CD? Not sure, but I think not :???:

If it moves - funk it!!

    Dear QUINNY!
Certainly, because I like his Album so much
    (Casablanca Rec.)
My favorite track is "Fais L´Amour".
He also produced for other artists like
    DALIDA or EVIDENCE.
Cosmic Love & Kisses From SIRIUS & DARKTUNES

Sirius, I only have an edited version of THE EVIDENCE and am dying to hear the whole album version. Is it as good as one would assume, something in the Costandinos vein? A full orchestral suite perhaps? I foolishly held the lp in my hands ages ago without buying it. One of these years I'm going to find it in Paris I'm sure...

I remember always loving that Tony Rallo LP....I know I still have it...I have to dig it out and start playing it again....TX Quinny for bringing it to our attention again after all these years!
