Trying to Identify this 12"

I found this Warner Bros. promo 12" single today from 1976 that has "Who Am I" and "The Quickest Way Out" on it. It also has a Philly Groove logo on it , so I thought it might be First Choice but I wasn't sure. Can anyone help?

The name of the group is "The Quickest Way Out". The name of the track is "Who am I?" (WBS 8239)
They also released the single: "Thank you baby for loving me" in 1975 also on Warner (WBS 8163).
