I definitely know the 1st track, but I can't figure out if I know it as a bona fide disco track, or a movie soundtrack laid over a beat and bassline. Have you checked out Salsoul Orchestra? I would listen to all of their work to rule that lead out before searching elsewhere.
I'll do what I can to help you out on this one, 'cuz I'd really like to find out myself...
