disco song w' "just come on down" female???

darn I wish I could remember more of the lyrics. At first I thought it was a Donna summer song it's uptempo about 124bpm with a similar repeatative bassline as Sylvester's do ya wanna funk. Black female vocalist and it can't
be too obscure because I heard it on a few movie soundtracks back in the day. Also Olav Bassoski the house producer sampled it in one of his classic
disco house productions?

I'm sure some of these lyrics are wrong but it sounds like

"just come on down...and... let me in???"
well at least I'm pretty sure about the "just come on down" part :)

No it's not "Love come down" it has a Giorgio Moroder (Donna Summer)
type bassline and groove. Heck maybe it is Donna Summer
maybe she's saying "come on down..." I can hear it in my head but that doesn't help much oh well maybe somebody knows the Olav Basoski track
it's sampled in.
