It DOES totally sound like the Erotic Drum Band. If it has anything to do with it, it isn't under that name, though. Try searching for the producer's work under other names. The 2 guys behind the E D B were Peter DiMilo and George Cucuzzella, and they might have produced other records , either singly or together.

Definitely sounds like non-English speakers singing phonetically. Not sure if that rules out it being produced by the Erotic Drum Band people.
