Mas,
As far as I know (classic period), I don't think so!!!
Always wondered why did not they release an extended edit of such a beautiful song!!!

Hi, does exist a longer version of the track "Dance little dreamer" than the LP version? The LP version clocks in at 3:40. Who knows? :???:

I remember a 5 minute version on aPolydor compilation LP called Disco Boogie the 2 LP set came out in early 78 and offered the 12" mixes of Risky changes and Roy Ayers Running Away
I no longer have this LP as I am a CD only person, but I believe the total playtime for the two discs ran around 78 minutes or so so a single CD would be possible
The "extended" version on the Polydor compilation is simply the album version re-edited to make it longer.
Sadly, there really is no proper extended version of this wonderful track.
Thanks guys, it is really a wonderful song. I was wondering too, if a 12" version had ever been released. The Lp version is so short...

One of my favorite all time disco tunes... we need an extended version! Which remixer would do it justice??

Yes, but longer is better and sometimes you know the longer version is also completely different from the normal one (and more nice, too...)On 2002-08-12 13:05, Masdefi wrote: I was wondering too, if a 12" version had ever been released. The Lp version is so short...------------------------

Francois K, Tom Moulton and Danny Krivit would do an excellent job with re-edits from the classics. On 2002-08-14 17:23, Twirlessence wrote:
