Who does the song with lyrics "All ya gotta do is say yes........"? Male vocals, sort of down temp dance beat, maybe 118 - 120 BPM. Lots of saxophone during the middle and the song is looooong (at least 10+ minutes)...

I don't know about the beats per min, But could it be Lakeside's "Say Yes" from 1980's "Fantastic Voyage" album? The song does contain those lyrics and it is also a down-tempo tune. Just a possibility:-?

Well, it's definitely not Lakeside, that Say Yes is a ballad.

Are you sure it's a male?...There is a song by Floetry called "say yes" and she says over and over..
