Hi all. I've recently been playing a lot a great uptempo 1983/84 dance/funk song called "Cut The Talking" which is by an Australian band called The Dugites. It has a killer slap bass line in the song and 80s style keyboard solo which sounds similar to what you'd probably hear maybe in cop shows or news reels or something like that. The video clip is kind of funny as you see a bunch of nerdy looking accountants walking around with those large calculators with printers on them and it was shot in Sydney.

I was wondering if any of you guys are familiar with this song at all? I know it was a hit in Australia but am curious if it made the charts overseas? All I can say is it's one of those great local dance songs that should of been a worldwide hit and highly recommended for those who love early/mid 80s uptempo funky dance music.
