So I'm listening to Brainstorm's Stormin' album, a simply awesome album. I keep wondering why don't the companies put this one out again. Add to that Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly, and Pleasure's Accept No Substitutes.
So what would you guys like to see reissued?

That first Maze album has been reissued by itself and as a two-fer. Thank God nothing by them is rare. However the rest of the Pleasure catalog should be reissued by Fantasy as well as more from Side Effect. Fantasy is one of the best reissue labels but they dismissed this 2 cats.

The group that I want to see reissued that is not at all available in second-hand stores or online is Smoke City. They are from Chicago and did some mid 80's dance numbers as well as a ballad called "Dreams." Don't confuse these with the electronic group with the same name.

I'd also like to see the northern soul of Kurt Harris with the Drifters style track "The emperor of my baby's heart".

Brainstorm does have Journey to the Light and Funky Entertainment on Cd but not the excellent Stormin'. What gives?

You are so right eddie. I swear the last time I looked for Maze and Pleasure's Accept No Substitute I couldn't find 'em. OK..I'll put the bottle down :oops: :lol:
So you heard Fantasy will be reissueing some of their gems? I would love it if they did them as XRCDs 8)
