Need help in coming up with song title

Very popular song was from 1976 or 1977. It had the sound of a party in the background and the words party in it a lot along with "all night long".

A man sang the song with a bit of a falsetto, but had a great voice. I can't remember the title or the artist. I just remember liking it and remember that it was a guy singing at a party with the noise of people in the background. Very mellow song. It was on the radio a lot.
