Not sure if it's the original or not. It's listed as a 12" with "from east to west" on one side and "lady america" on the other side.
I have a Mexican copy on RCA records with Lady America on the other side. On grey marbled vinyl as well!!
and when was that one released? what version of the track is it?

There is a German 1979 release of East To West(Hansa 26285).It is 45 and it clocks at 5:15 8)
