It's a female artist !

I think it's "Dance Yourself Dizzy" by Liquid Gold.

I don't think it is the aswer but there's something with "music in the air ": Macho, "Because there is music in the air" from "I'm a man" LP (1978)...

It is defintely "Dance Yourself Dizzy" - same group of studio singers who had recorded a much bigger hit in early '79 "My Baby's Baby"(same record label)a song I used to dance myself dizzy to !
