Creating a website...

I need to proceed with creating a website for my small business after being disappointed that a friend of mine has not come thru for me with his promises of helping me.

I work within the printing field and have an eye for graphics thus the reason why I'd like to attempt the website myself. I'd certainly like to hear some advice from those with any knowledge in regards to web hosting.

A couple of web hosts that I've seen recommended are Act Now Domains and iPowerweb....is anyone familiar with these companies? I am looking at building a simple site...nothing elaborate...and these two companies have templates available which sounds like it would be fairly easy for me to learn.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
