I think I have a real challenge for you all

My friend has a mix tape of disco songs, most are the typical ones you would expect, but there is one I have never hear before, some of the lyrics are: No rain no water no food, oh god help us.( it definately has a native american feel), the chorus from what I can tell is Rain, Rain Rain...."Sierra Nevada Sierra Nevada"......I'd like to find the complete song....can anyone help???
