It is Charo off the Cuchi-Cuchi album.

I thought it was Charo when I first listened to it, but I didn't think I had it because I only have an album of hers with The Salsoul Orchestra. And this sounded earlier.

But after NickNack mentioned that it was on an album, I checked. And there it was. And produced by Vincent Montana.
