CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY THIS ELECTRONIC SONG???

[b]Well, Uhh, This Song That I'm Looking For Is Pretty Much Similar To (telepopmusik/breathe) and (motorcycle/as the rush comes). It Has Almost The Same Smoothness and its style sound And Melodic I Could Say About. I Had Always Heard It ON RADIO STATION Specially Ktu New York NIGHT-Weekend. I Believe Is A Electronic/house Genre. The Song Is singed By A Male So Far, the voice male style has similarity to dirty vegas/ days go by.

Hope Your Responses Soon 'cause This Song Been Driving Me Crazy For Three Years And Nothing Yet. actually this song goes deep and smooth.

NOTE: I'VE GOT A RECORDED PIECE OF SOUND FILE ON GUITAR "VERSION"(it's not the original), BUT SOUNDS THE SAME ANYWAY. I'VE GOT THIS FILE ON THIS LINK

As you mention Telepopmusik...perhaps it's something by Royksopp?

    NICE GUESS BUT..

ACTUALLY, THE SONG IS VOCAL KIND OF DIRTY VEGAS/ AS DAYS GO BY STYLE, IF YOU LISTEN TO THE SAMPLE COUPLE OF TIME IT WILL GET EVEN MORE SENSE AND FAMILIAR.

THE SONG IS MOST LIKE ITS STYLE VOCAL DEEP MELODIC PROGRESSIVE TRANCE I GUESS!!

I have listened to your guitar sample a few times. I know the damn song and it's driving me up the wall because I can't think of what it is!

You mention "Days Go By"....was this song on the radio around that time? Are there a lot of male vocals or just snippets? The guitar throws me off a bit because I start thinking ATB and their hit "9AM (Here I Come)" but it's not that.

If you can give me any idea of the year, that would narrow it down extremely...and I don't need the five bucks....

Possibly The Sound Of Violence by Cassius?

    Maybe Daft Punk?

You could check out the AMG website (allmusicguide.com). Go through the albums titled Ultra Dance (Vol. 1-6). You will be able to hear a sample of each song and these CD's are filled with music from and like Dirty Vegas, Telepopmuzik,....etc.

You have to register, but it's free.

    Let us know.

OK, I GONNA TRY TO GIVE SOME LITTLE DETAILS ABOUT THE SONG: LOOK, IF YOU HEAR THE SMALL SAMPLE GUITAR, FOR SOME OF YOU IT WILL SOUNDS AS REPETITIVE SEQUENCES WHEN IN REALITY NOT. ACTUALLY THE MELODIC OF THE GUITAR THAT I PLAY FINGER-PICKING SOUNDS PRETTY HARD FROM THE ORIGINAL. THE ORIGINAL IS MUCH MORE SMOOTH AND DEEP, IT SOUNDS KIND OF LIQUID MELODIC LIKE THOSE TWO SONGS ABOVE (TELEPOPMUSIK/BREATHE AND MOTORCYCLE/AS THE RUSH COMES), THE SONG HAS THE SAME BEAT AND SOUND AS THE GUITAR. THE LAST TIME I'VE HEARD IT WAS IN 2004 ON RADIO WKTU, SO IT MEANS THAT THIS SONG'S NOT SO NEW RELEASE. OF COURSE AT THAT TIME (DAYS GO BY) WAS HITTING HARD. THE SONG I BELIEVE IS SUNG BY MALE VOCAL PRETTY MUCH STYLE OF DAYS GO BY. ANOTHER THING IS THAT THIS SONG IS NOT TRANCE AT ALL, SINCE THE WHOLE SONG IS PLAYED BY LIQUID SOUNDS AND SOME MALE VOCAL GOING ON, JUST IMAGINE THE LIQUID MELODIC INSTEAD OF THE GUITAR. BUT OF COURSE FOLLOWING THE BEAT AND SOUND OF THE GUITAR. JUST REPLACE THE GUITAR TO THE LIQUID INSTEAD. AND IT WILL GET EVEN MORE SENSE.....ALSO I BELIEVE THAT THERE IS NO CHORUS AT ALL, THE CHORUS IS JUST THE MELODIC SAMPLE OF THE GUITAR. THE WHOLE SONG IS PLAYED WITH THAT MELODIC , ACTUALLY THIS GUY DOESN'T SING TOO MUCH JUST FEW LYRICS AND THE LIQUID MELODIC KEEPS RUN ON....HOPE THIS WORK!!!

Probably not it but worth a try...

The first one here is 'Raindrops' by stunt, the main hook/melody was taken and re-worked from the orginal 'Encore Une Fois' by Sash! back around 99'-00'. Raindrops adds new vocals, which although similar to Insomnia, it's faster mainstream trance.
