Help Identify Two Old Songs, Possibly Dance/Disco Songs

Hello Everyone,

I have an old scratchmaster mix. This tape combined electro, disco and club music. There are two songs on this particular cd that baffle me. If you know the name of either song, I would be most appreciative.

FYI, this particular mix came out between 1981 and 1984 so that would be a rough estimate of how old these songs are.

Sorry sometimes I have a brain fart. (Is that a compound word?)
I knew it was on a CD a had got around 1997 and got confused.
