    It almost sounds like "Hold On" by Yojo Working but not quite. This one came out in 1997 if it helps.

    I found out who did this song. It's "Hold On" by Happy Clappers.

    If you go to the following link you can hear it again. They play four versions, the one I was looking for is the second clip.
