$1.99 things out there

it's only in the last month and a half that i've become interested in dance/disco again, and it was mostly because of this great site!!!! almost everything i have was acquired during the "disco" era. now, for the first time in almost 20 years i'm actually looking in used record stores to see what i can find in the disco dance sections. although i would prefer 12 inch singles, i did find some used $1.99 albums:

for a little more saw most ritchie family and santa esmeralda albums.
for even a little more saw lots of cerrone albums, and the brothers johnson album with "strawberry letter #23".
going back when i have more time, and find more things to try. never know what you'll find.

I find records cheap as chips when I go to markets, op shops charity shops such as Salvos, book shops etc...

Anyhow last year I struck gold, at the Salvos (Salvation Army) I picked up a MINT CONDITION Brass Construction's 1975 self-titled album for only 50 cents!!! This albums features really cool tracks like "Movin'", "Dance", "Changin'" etc...

Last vinyl LP I picked up was a 1974 Barry White original for £1 (US $1.50)! Also picked up a Voyage LP for 25p (40 cents)! When I clean them up, they will be fine!!
