    Kids these days..

I walked into my kids room last night because I heard my kids giggling and The Hustle blarring on the radio. So I poke my head in and my friends' son is trying to do The Hustle..he looks more like John Travolta on Saturday Night Fever hehehe. So I ask him why does he like disco music? He says this isn't disco, this is POP! I tried to correct him and all I got from him was Disco sucks and POP rules. So after like listening to the whole PURE DISCO cd he was still convinced that disco is pop music along with like 50 cent etc. I sure had my work cut out for me but after about an hour he is well hearsed. My kids tried to warn him. But now he even knows how to do The Hustle

Well when I was in high school all my friends thought classic rock was Metallica and Pantera... :-? Disco to them was Stacy-Q and Expose. :o

Disco sucks? That kid needs some education (over the knee eventually). Discipline!!!

When I see the kids here, their clothing is very Disco. Supah!! And in Belgium the colour "Orange" rules these days. It's a hype. So Bernie, don't change the colour of the site

Hey Lina, ya may wanna remind your little one that without disco a lot of todays music would be nonexistent due to sampling done.
Also tell him that the only guys that said disco sucks were the ones that were geeks and had absolutely no rhythm (i have a hard time spelling that). Only insecure boys went around saying disco sucks.

PS - If you think he can handle it, rent Saturday Night Fever and have him watch it with you.

I OWN IT!!! Thats my oldest daughters favorite movie other than Grease! When my girlfriend brings him over again I'll have to make that the movie they all watch...minus the lewd stuff They are only 10 :o I actually had helped my kids' old school put on a talent show last year and yes folks it was a DISCO theme. If you guys could see the DVD it was awesome. We had Mr. Baird the principal doing the Bee Gees strut to Stayin Alive and it was awesome! The staff did a routine right out of Saturday Night Fever. Well paul when ya come on up to my neighborhood ...if we get to watch a movie....I'll show ya

And I am studying plans to do a tour in the USA with the Videoskooter (currently touring in Asia) and the Rollercoaster (currently in Dubai) but that will be in the spring of 2007 (if I decide to go, that is).

    So have fun, you lovebirds
