I'm not sure, maybe it's swedish singer Tommy NILSSON plus somebody... It's a pity, but I can't contorl it.

It's not Tommy, if it's Scandinavian it sounds more like something by Freestyle/Style/Gigi Hamilton/Paul Rein.

I've found only LIVE version from CD'Blue Valentine'(95), the voice sounds like in me sample, but I'm not sure. I can't find her first album(89) for check it...
