Song that Samples B,S & T

I'm looking for an instrumental I heard recently that samples, chops and loops the horn line from Blood, Sweat & Tears' "Lucretia McEvil".
It has sort of a Wiseguys (Start The Commotion)-type feel.

It also has a sample from another 60's or 70's R&B song (maybe a Sly & the Family Stone track), but most of the track is built around the B,S&T sample.

It is not "Shake Me" by Mint Royal. (I think that uses the same B,S & T sample as an intro, but it's not an instrumental.) It's also not "Rocket" by Braund Reynolds which uses another B,S&T riff and not an instrumental.

Here's the sample the song uses. I looped it (crudely) to give you an idea of how the artist I'm looking for uses it. In the song I'm trying to find, they chop it up more as the song progresses, moving notes around, etc.
Sound familiar to anyone?

I heard the song again last night in a small bar. I asked what they were playing, but the waitress said it was a satalite music dance channel and they didn't know the song or artist. No one else has heard this tune?

Somebody told me it sounds like a Fatboy Slim track. I'm not that familiar with all his stuff. Any Fatboy fans recognize this?
