Grace Jones concert in copenhagen

Last night i went to see Grace Jones perform at a Fashion party i Copenhagen. It was one them once in a lifetime opportunities that finally happened after 6 months roumors.

The tracks

La vie en rose
Pull up to the bumber

She was amazing - performing each song in a new outfit.
So sexy so sexy - The stage was half stairs in the middle.
and when she came forward to the audience on the stairs they
all went reaching her to grab her hand or something....she licked their hands hahaha.

The concert was in a furniture/lifestyle shop in an old cinema.

Sounds like a fabulous show!!

I need to see a Grace Jones show one of these days, I've heard so many things about them.. Apparently, she always seems to thrill, no matter what sort of state she's in, or how many hours late she is :lol:

It's just kind of unfortunate that she's gone underground in recent years, it's so hard to know where and when she's performing..

Imagine being able to see Grace Jones AND at the Paradise Garage. Well I was fortunate enough to see her there back in 1981. It's good to hear that she's still making the rounds. Hopefully she'll make it back to the L.A. area one of these days.
