Can't You Feel It is the odd track on the disco dance album because...it's a Philly soul track! To me that's signficant. The majority of the album was played by the members of the Lafayette Afro Rock Band/Ice, while Can't You Feel It was recorded with the usual philly studio cats, and was mixed by Tom Moulton.
If you really like the track, you can go to West End's website and purchase downloads of breakdown remixes of it by Masters At Work. They're faithful to the original mix, in that they don't contain any anachronistic overdubs or effects. They weren't released on CD or 12" as far as I know (at least, not the more stripped down mixes).
