I heard this song the other day on an internet radio program, it was great cosmic disco. I couldn't really hear what the main word of the chorus was but it went something like

"Hanjah, Hanjah, doing that thing, doing that thing. . ."

The song has lots of cowbell, kind of nursery rhymy, and has a mixed gender vocal chorus led by a male vocalist.

Can someone please tell me the artist, label, and release date?.
