Did Rex Abe come out with any other songs other than I Can Feel It?
Also, is it a man singing or a woman? I have only heard the song at high speed or speeded up a little bit. Sounds like a man and other times a woman. I always assumed it was a woman.
Thanks.

Did you grow up in the San Gabriel Valley during the 80s, or the SFV? I didn't think fast disco was as popular in the SFV?
Sorry for the month delay.. been at the other site.. LOL Re: Fast Disco in the Valley, it was popular in house parties and some clubs. Not as widely as in East L.a and SGV, but it was around in the SFV.Originally Written by DavyMac
I didn't know that.
When hi-nrg was happening, I lived in Highland Park (Northeast los Angeles) and it was very happening for us junior high kids back in '85-86. I wasn't into the scene (because I used to hang out with the rockers back then) but since I love all music in general, I secretly liked a lot of the hi-nrg/italo disco.
I wish I could get my hands on more music. I have a great mixed cd called DISCO UNLIMITED that has all my favorites on it such as:
I NEED YOU
PLASTIC DOLL
NOT LOVE
RENDEZVOUS
I CAN FEEL IT
POPCORN
Its nice to see some l.a. people here. I live in the o.c. now but my family is in East l.a and south central so I sometimes get to visit them.
