Identify a Song....Disco/Jazz

This song sounded kind of more like a jazzy/disco/electrofunk. Very mixable with songs like Paul Hardcastle (Rainforest) and the like.

The only thing I remember is the chorus which said "DIGITAL MOMENTS GOING ON" or something similar. It just kept repeating over and over again...DIGITAL MOMENTS GOING ON

And while it was saying those words, you could hear a saxophone blowing in the background. Kind of like something you might hear on a smooth jazz song...

Any ideas?
