Yes, I have. And it is very annoying.
I think the problem is that Music Choice is digital and that is why it happens.
To get Music Choice, don't you have to pay for a digital tier? I do.
But even if you don't pay for a digital tier, I believe Music Choice sends their signal out digitized.
Have you ever noticed, on other channels, the picture stops and then pixalates back in? Again, it is the digital box.
It's sort of like when your computer screen freezes.
As the USA is being forced into High Definition in the next few years, I think more and more consumers will notice this. And broadcast stations are already planning to stop sending their signals through the airwaves.
But I hope that future technology will fix this.
