Help Identify 80's Disco Song - I Have a Sample

The name of this song has been eluding me for a DECADE!!!

Please help me end the mystery. The song had a disco/funk feel but was often included in regular 80's disco mixes.

Please note that this song also said, "Said a Hey Hey You" at some point in the song. I don't know if it had any other words because I only have a 30 second clip of it somewhere.

If you can identify this song, you are the king or queen of disco and will forever be in my personal hall of fame.

It does sound like "Take Your Time Do It Right" by SOS band.

Thanks for the guesses. It's definitely not Take Your Time Do it Right...I am a big fan of the SOS band but it's not them.

Another great guess...but alas, no it is not grandmaster flash.

I believe I am going to have to find the cassette tape and dump the sample.... I will post in a few days.
