Sylvester In Concert at Dreamland VHS

    Hi everyone:
Ran across a website Sylvester Metamorphosis at tribe net. Kreemah (former member of The Cockettes) was offering a copy of Sylvester In Concert at Dreamland from 1980 on VHS for $20.00. Sadly, Kreemah passed away last October of natural causes. Was anyone fortunate enough to get their hands on a copy of this video? If so, I would like a copy. Thanks so much.

    Sylvester In Concert At Dreamland

Just wanted to let you guys know I received a copy of Sylvester In Concert At Dreamland, San Francisco, on July 19, 1980. It's a third generation tape (but beggars can't be too choosey) but has stood the test of time for almost 25 years. Sylvester is backed by a 7 or 8 piece band and two back up singers (not Two Tons of Fun). Goes through two costume changes. He starts with Can't Stop Dancing and ends with an encore of Cry Me A River.

    Anybody here.... ?

Anybody here got this Sylvester In Concert at Dreamland in VHS or DVD and want to trade with me seriously ?

Because here that (Silver member?) Discomanic is really pretentious to trade the VHS he got free. I spent too many days to try to get this concert of only 45 minutes.

Therefore stay away from him, it's my advise !!!

For example I had to trade:

Disco Music's night with: Chic, Amii Stewart, Dee Dee Jackson, Patrick Hernandez, Asha Puthli, Kathleen del Casino, Dan I, Peter Jacques Band, Ray Parker, Real Thing, D. D. SOund, Revanche with "Music man", Sylvester (Can't stop dancing), Tina Charles (Love bug), Telex (Moscow disco)...
    And many others....Non stop !

And 1983 concert of Donna Summer. Donna moves brilliantly from hit to hit, from her '70s sound which helped define the musical style of the decade ("Bad girls", "Last dance", "Hot stuff" and more)...

From TILT (Rare Italian show of 1979 - colours):

Devo - The day my baby...
    Amanda Lear - Fabulous
    Passengers - He's speedy like...
Leroy Gomez - Get up boogie
    Saragossa Band - Rasta man
    Norma Jordan - Disco beat
    Difference - High fly
    Chic - Good times
Mantus - I'm so in love with you
    Ann Steel - My time
    Amii Stewart - Jealousy
    Venus Dodson - Night rider
    Citizen Gang - Womanly way
    Flower - How
    Bob McGilpin - Sexy thing
    D.D. Sound - Hootchie cootchie

Nano...funny you should ask. The Cockettes were a theatrical troupe from San Francisco. They would present these outlandish shows at the Casto Theatre. Currently, there is a DVD (found mine on ebay) on the history of the Cockettes which is very funny (Sylvester appears in the DVD). Hopefully, some of the shows will make it to DVD soon. Also, I just traded the Dreamland concert for Sylvester's appearance at Sanremo singing Stars and Can't Stop Dancing.

    Hello everyone,

I'm just wondering if someone has a copy of this for trade or sell. Please let me know. I've been looking for this for years now and can't seem to find it.
