The song says, "I said a hey hey you...I said a hey hey you"

It sounds more like Funk/Disco but it's on a disco mix tape that I have that was very famous during the 80's. You may even have this mix. It has a famous LAUGHING WOODY WOODPECKER during one of the mixing transitions.

The mix starts off with So Many Men, So little Time but says "10, I LOVE YOU, 20 - I LOVE YOU, 30 - I LOVE YOU" and then immediately changes into the song DANGER. Each mixed song is only like 30 seconds long.

This is one of those Disco Megamixes that was insanely popular during the 80's and was copied and recopied and sold in flea market bootlegs. Each mixed song lasts only a few seconds...anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute.
